Fits stretchers and frames with hollow backs 6mm+ deep and moulding 18mm+ wide. Allows art to hang flat to the wall.  Lifting or nudging the frame a little bit side-to-side levels it, and it stays level. The micro sawtooth allows very fine adjustments of level.
